Pay One Time and Cruise Forever
May 21, 2010 by Admin · Leave a Comment
Can you get your mind around this idea? Pay ONE time and CRUISE for years in the future. We love the idea but still having trouble believing it’s possible. Wish we could do that at Harris Teeter or Food Lion. Paying ONE time is simply NOT normal for us.
My sponsor, our friend who introduced us to the NetTRAVexpress system has already been on a cruise and has banked 6 or 8 more. Can you imagine the excitement of finding so many cruises and vacation trips in your bonus package? It can turn into an “overwhelming” challenge for you to have so much FUN.
Some of us have never taken more than ONE vacation a year and can’t imagine 3 or 5 vacation packages sitting in our travel bank. Jeff says get over it, this is REAL for everyone on our team. Under pressure we decided to give it a try!!
At our house, we’re going to do our best to take more vacations in the future. Why not? They are FREE and we feel bad letting them sit on the bonus shelf and go to waste.
When we worked everyday it was beyond our foggiest thoughts that we’d ever have such an opportunity in our future. How about YOU?
Go to our travel website and hear what Deb Smith, CEO has to say about traveling to exotic resorts and luxury cruises. Awesome!
Ocean Cruises Ready To Sail
May 10, 2010 by Admin · Leave a Comment
Sometimes we miss great opportunities to travel UNTIL someone draws our attention to new possibilities. That’s what we want to do today with what we believe is an awesome ticket to your future travels.
Once in a long while it happens. Somebody dreams up a new business so unusual most of us get lost in the details. We ask questions like…. how can that be? Where did she get that idea? It’s got to be too expensive or way out of our budget.
You know the reaction we have to great ideas. Either it won’t work or that no one will believe she can pull it off. Actually, it amazes some of us at how negative we can be.
Anyhow, travel is fun especially when you’re retired, rich, frisky, or just love to see the world by way of beautiful cruise ships. Visit some beautiful ports, resorts for the rich and famous, maybe one or two off a gorgeous island with pretty folks having a fun day.
Not a bad picture, right? Do you like the idea of FREE? Gets even the money guys/gals excited. Maybe it’s because we remember the days when a buck came hard to our family. None of us want to ever know that lifestyle again.
My friend, Jeff Price, lives in Concord, NC, a former executive with Phillip-Morris before they closed the plant…. so now he travels and tells us all about the fun he and his bride are having on ocean cruises while traveling FREE…. what an awesome deal.
OK!! We’re easy when it comes to FREE…. so we joined his team and now look forward to some great cruises in coming months. Are you excited about FREE travel too…. come join us.
Jeff sent me the following note……
Team / Friends / Serious Prospects:
My lovely wife and I have already gone on a “free” 4-day cruise on Norwegian Cruise Lines and have already banked (14) more “free” 5-day cruises for 2 (all inclusive) on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and we have only been involved in this incredible program for just a few short weeks !!!
Find out why corporate executives, doctors, lawyers, professional athletes, celebrities, business owners, multi-million dollar earners / entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, financial services professionals, ministers / pastors and just average folks are joining this program in large numbers. It costs nothing to take a look !!!!!

Franchising Offers An Excellent Blueprint
May 3, 2010 by Admin · Leave a Comment
Franchising is an excellent way to be in business on your own but not by yourself. It’s nice to have someone lead you through the ropes and mishaps you don’t have to personally experience.
Your first step is to make sure you’ll enjoy the industry chosen Vs just buying yourself a job with your money at risk. Don’t jump into anything without doing due diligence carefully. Just any old or new franchise is NOT the answer.
Actually, you may not need to buy a franchise. It’s possible that you know more than the franchise owner, especially a new one without a history of success. Ask WHY should I invest in a particular franchise Vs a competitor offering a similar franchise offering.
What other avenues of business are available? From our perspective and past experiences with several franchised ownerships, we would want to consider network marketing along with doing our own due diligence before making an important decision about our future.
Every business you consider will have risks, don’t believe anyone who claims otherwise. You need to know what they are and how to handle all the challenges. If you don’t like selling then beware of the RED flag screaming don’t do it. That’s only ONE issue and others are lurking in the background.
Some franchisors will claim 2 or 3 others are going to beat you out of your desired territory if you don’t act NOW. In 99% of the cases it will be a push to get your money, nothing more. Let it go.
Franchising and the network marketing industry both offer some great opportunities. A few franchises are very expensive but have proven the value they offer. Name recognition is very important, especially in the food industry, as well as many others in specific industries known for their quality of product and service.
Celebrity name recognition is often used to draw folks to a specific product or service but that has not always been the success you might expect. Usually, there’s nothing more than a business owner who has agreed to pay a royalty fee to use a famous persons good name. As you can imagine, the celebrity person is putting their famous or recognizable name on the line, too.
Experience is likely the greatest teacher of all-time. Two weeks at the home office training camp and 3 manuals of policies and procedures is insufficient time to learn a business inside out. Tens of thousands of dollars can be lost buying a business or franchise offering.
What do we recommend? Locate a successful franchisee, buy his/her dinner and offer to work FREE for 90 days at their location. Sling the burgers, cut the grass, repair the windshields, or whatever franchisees do for this great opportunity you’ve been offered.
After owning several franchises and other business entities, we believe the network marketing industry offers the least risk, greatest potential to make BIG money, residual income for life and early retirement for those willing to invest the time and energy to build the business.
Network Marketing for Entrepreneurs
April 27, 2010 by Admin · Leave a Comment
Network Marketing has made more millionaires than any known industry in the marketplace today. Few things are more exciting than working less and making more.
However, there’s a big problem because of the stuff some folks try to tell others without understanding their business plan or what’s involved to be successful. A red flag for all of us to be careful.
Sure, some folks are mislead and simply repeat bad information from lack of training and ignorance. Most of us are aware that due diligence is a necessity today in considering any business venture.
Franchising and the network marketing industry are no exception. A few franchises are exceptional, some are very good, then you have the losers at the end of the line. Same goes for old and new network marketing firms. Integrity and trust are often missing in the details.
Some reasons for extreme success in business are often hidden from the naked eye, even from expert advisers or consultants. A “people” business, industry connections, cannot be bought at any price unless you buy the company, not a franchise opportunity in another city.

Ask Your BOSS for Residual Income…
December 19, 2009 by Admin · Leave a Comment
Our business at MonteithPartners,LLC is network marketing. You might ask, “Why would anyone choose network marketing for their business model?” Great question, I understand. Let me try to explain.
Unfortunately, only about 3% of the American population has been successful in NWM while the other 97% have failed. Not good odds, right? Even brick and mortar businesses have a 90% fail rate, only 10% survive for 5 or more years.
Every business has challenges. Sometimes it’s as simple as NO cash and that puts a real crimp in operations. Many times it’s lack of know-how and then there’s always the people problems. Usually, there’s a good reason for success or failure. Lack of sales is right up there at the top.
Working for yourself or an employer is never easy. Franchising may be the answer you’re looking for, but let me share my capsule opinion with you. IF you ever dreamed of having your own business then you may find this helpful, I hope so.
First, NEVER believe a franchisor is in “your corner” and concerned about the investment you’re about to make. His concern is that your check is good and will cash at the bank.
Truth is…. you may be the salesman’s ticket to keeping his/her job. No matter how “smart” you are, don’t make major business decisions without your support team, plus legal counsel and accounting expertise. Usually, franchise fees are $20,000 up, so it’s not chump change.
You can do a search on Google.com and request franchise fees for the surprise of your life. Many fees are huge. In my opinion, there is a better way to make a good franchise decision. Hold on to your money! This is not for the faint of heart or for folks without any business expertise.
Network Marketing is our choice for good reason. The entry fee is usually very fair and reasonable, under $500. Vs many thousands to own a simple franchise. Would you pay $23,000 for two weeks training at the home office to learn how to cut grass and fertilize the field? Some willingly do.
The opportunities are exceptional, the product is one everybody has or needs, regular upgrades and/or enhancements are the norm and the money earned on a residual basis is good, sometimes exceptional for those willing to work hard introducing new people to the program.
As you know, most jobs pay for services rendered. Let’s assume you are a hair dresser, a barber, a dentist, a doctor, a lawyer, an auto mechanic, a grass cutter, a landscaper and you can add hundreds more if necessary, but you get the picture. NO show, NO pay, right?
An Insurance Agent sells you a policy and gets paid commissions [residual income] for as long as you have the policy, same goes for the power company, the telephone company, cable TV service, and the network marketing guru who sold you a product/service on “auto-ship”.
Something to think about. You make a sale ONE time and get paid forever is an awesome idea and reality for millions of folks just like you and me.
Our choice business model is Network Marketing in the TRAVEL business where you can build a home based business and see the world, visit exotic luxury resorts and take fabulous cruises, too.
“Business Has Never Been Better”
January 25, 2009 by Admin · Leave a Comment
Did the newspaper editor write that headline? Absolutely NOT… he/she would not allow it to pass scrutiny into print because…. it will not sell more newspapers to the public. For some dumb reason, we like to read about who sank, who drank, who wiped-out, who died… all negative stuff rather than the good news that’s happening everyday.
Somewhere it’s true today, same as yesterday, last month, last year. Our prayer is that you wrote the headline “business has never been better” about YOUR business. Yes, business is GOOD in lots of places. While some firms are struggling today there are others growing and hiring staff.
Is the glass half-full or is it half-empty? Sometimes when we get “kicked” and knocked around trying to stay afloat in our business we learn new avenues, new challenges to pursue. Maybe we’ve been riding on the “gravy-train” for a few years and suddenly we’ve hit a massive barrier with a sign “detour” now.
What’s your story? How have you turned your detour into success? Tell us about it so we can pass on your good news. Your thoughts drive action to a new level of potential and growth. Post Comments >>
Focus on Your Dream Job
November 16, 2008 by Admin · Leave a Comment
YOUR dream job means the goal is to discover that special position you deserve and desire. Happiness in your career means you get up with excitement, doing what you enjoy, feeling good about yourself, your contribution to the success of your employer which equals your success.
Now, our challenge is making a choice. How do you choose the “right” career path. Is there only ONE career choice that can be your dream job? We don’t think so. Lots of good possibilities exist and our search begins with a methodical process of research, study and focus.
That’s good news. You’re beginning the discovery process without being committed for the long term until your dream job is found. Keep searching, don’t give up at the first curve in the road. It takes an investment of time and energy but well worth it.
Keep searching every day until your career path is obvious and you’re ready to make a commitment in your own business or working for an employer. Either decision will have challenges to overcome. There are no perfect jobs that I can think of today, but you may find it.
Searching for your dream job is NOT easy or simple. It’s especially true if you have no clue where to begin the process. As you know, many students go to college with no idea of what they plan to do. There degree has no focus, just a general education.
My guess is you’re searching for ideas to avoid making a bad decision and ending up in a career path short on reward and personal satisfaction. Our goal is to give you some ideas on selecting the right career. Actually, it’s not as difficult as you may think. Two little words cause many folks to stumble and that’s to take ACTION.
Overlooked Career ideas
There’s more than a “hot” careers list even though it’s worth knowing what’s being promoted. Awareness is very important but not necessarily the only search mode. Many jobs and/or careers are discovered through friends simply by spending time talking, searching, and listening. Never close any doors as your future career choice may be in the next curve. One idea can open discussions about something you’ve never thought about before now. You’ll never regret the time spent in your search and discovery of your dream job.
Let’s review your talents, education and skills because your future income and employment depends on what you can bring worth “buying” to an employer. A very simple idea is often overlooked. Employers expect employees to make a contribution to their profits, not their expenses.
So many questions must be answered before good career ideas surface. Only you have the answers. Do an inward search on who you are, your skills, your talents, education and all else that is YOU…. now you’re on track to discover your future career path.
Career Change or ideas may be tomorrow
Typically, job and career changes happen several times over a lifetime so don’t get discouraged. Planning is your key to success. Set a goal for your journey. Research the marketplace for a place to begin and start today.
Developing a career plan is challenging. Running your own business is not easy. The more valuable you are to an employer the more your income will be as a result of what you contribute to profits as an employee. In conclusion, career ideas are everywhere. Keep your search on auto-pilot. Just because you are ‘here’ today has nothing to do with your future when you know where your journey is headed and you’re the pilot.
Career Ideas that Focus on Your Dream Job

First, let’s think about your hobbies if you have any and break it into your career path. Yes, we know that all hobbies do not qualify but many do which makes it worth giving some thought to the possibilities. Some hobbies are not an option but let’s see if we have a match in your case.
You’re a Harley motorcycle rider, a church organist or piano player in the local bar, you mix drinks at parties, maybe play the drums or blow the trumpet and the list goes on forever. Unfortunately, many folks choose the wrong career in haste rather than taking the time to do research, talking with others about their career likes and dislikes. Often take short-term jobs in places that are appealing but end up a disaster or a disappointment.. not what you expected.
That’s good news. You’re beginning the discovery process without being committed for the long term until your dream job is found. Keep searching, don’t give up at the first curve in the road. It takes an investment of time and energy but well worth it.

Get a law degree or qualify as a heart surgeon by way of your academic achievement, maybe you do have a good idea of your career path already. My guess is you’re not so fortunate when your degree is less focused. Now we have a challenge as to what to do with our education in the marketplace or workforce for greatest income reward as well as personal contribution and happiness.
Easy, no. Simple, no. Fun, double no in most cases. You cannot sit down and expect your dream job to suddenly appear by phone or special delivery. Family, friends, career counselors and all others can offer good suggestions and guidance. Give you career ideas but YOU are the driver, the in charge person when it comes to the discovery of what’s right for only YOU.

All About Successful Teams

Someone has to give leadership to your team or committee if you want to end up on a horse with saddle rather than on a camel built by committee. At least, that has been my experience working with teams/committees on numerous projects. Usually, I call a leader the man or woman on a “white horse” who is out front of the pack with the map and end of journey details. Read Full Article >>
3 Biggest Mistakes
September 28, 2008 by Admin · Leave a Comment
You’ve maybe known the 3 biggest mistakes any of us can make when looking for our dream job (and how to avoid them) … then you need to know the 2 words that guarantee your success so you can put them into your career search activity program
Most of the competition for your dream job is sitting at home moaning about their lack of opportunity. Complaining that NO one is hiring in my age group; my sex group; my ethnic group; my whatever… it’s never their fault that unemployment is their punishment.
Actually, excuses don’t pay and never will in our lifetime. It’s all about getting off the backside and doing something constructive for yourself. Nobody is going to show up and do it for you.
One BIG problem is that a negative attitude will cancel any positive thought in an interview. An Interviewer can see through the hype and recognize a loser almost instantly. You’re out the door before the interview begins, wondering what happened.
If you want to find success then you have to ACT like it’s already part of your life. Vibrations – our psychic – the real YOU is flowing out into your surrounding space. Everyone sees it but you.
Start with the basics – drive or paddle a row boat before buying the 400 HP speedboat with all the bells and whistles. Be yourself as you seek to grow and make a difference. None of us can be or perform outside our abilities. Trying to “sell” yourself beyond who you really are is a disaster waiting to happen.
Most folks who read – study – seek to learn – are light years ahead of whomever is in 2nd place. Just our offerings of material in the career field – tons of FREE info. – puts our reader 97 percent in front of the remaining workforce.
Getting your dream job is not about secrets or a hidden agenda that we’ve created. Basic principles learned – used – and put into practice will turn the tide for you in your career search.
No more delay – here’s your 2 words that will turn you into a successfully employed person in a career job of your choice.
And they are the two words that, if you master them, make you an indispensable part of any company you choose to work with.
What are these two words?
Have you come up with the answer yourself?
Let me give you a hint.
Everything you have right now started out as a desire to have it.
And you thought about it, planned for it, and worked toward that goal until finally, you could call it your own.
And in the moment you began your path toward achieving each goal, you made a decision.
A very important decision.
You decided to… TAKE ACTION.
Yes, take action.
Those are the two words.
Without taking action, you will not get your dream job.
By deciding you want your dream job, and by taking action to get it, you will guarantee your success, you will not fail.
