Book excerpt: A newly built experimental station was built on the Gulf of Mexico, 200 miles from New Orleans Louisiana. The purpose of the station is to experiment on the dead and bring them back to life. A category 5, storm was heading towards the experimental station and the President of the United States phoned the head scientist on board Ms. Emily, and advised her to evacuate all personnel along with the dead and bring them back to New Orleans, La. The state of the art underwater train and the helicopter were loaded with personnel and corpse. While heading towards the landing dock, the hurricane was downgraded, New Orleans visitors and citizens continued the biggest party in the world, it was Mardi Gras weekend. Halfway there after Dr. Emily was told of the downgrade and to continue to the land base location, communication was loss with the home base and the helicopter, once the underwater train arrived at the dock in downtown New Orleans, all hell broke out and the DEAD came back to life............
