Book excerpt: There is rarely just a single cause for a complex problem, but if we wait to solve all causes contributing to a complex problem, we may never get the job done. This book offers a possible contributing cause to one of societyaEUR(tm)s basic flaws...untruthfulness. Perhaps there is no greater single contributor to the drain on our growth and progress toward the goal of our Founding Founders that there is liberty and justice for all. Included in each chapter are proposed solutions for the facets of the problem as it relates to various aspects of our daily lives. We the people must strive for a more perfect union, starting with equal justice for all in all aspects of our society. At the basis of my theory is the notion that lawyers are taught from day one of law school that truth is avoidable and they are duty bound to defend their client even at the expense of justice. That vile attitude has metastasized into every aspect of society as the lawyers have migrated into non-law positions. Only we the people can turn this tide. This book was structured as limited so as to facilitate a call to action in the time of a cross country flight.
