You can track any habits you can think of: wake up earlier, eat healthier, drink more water, go for a walk, drink less coffee/alcohol, learn new things, meditate, start running/cycling/doing yoga, etc. Highly effective people have the right daily habits to increase their productivity and be successful. How do I use it? Simply fill out habits you want to monitor along the top line, "Drink 6 glasses of water", "30 minutes of yoga" etc. and then you color in a square for each day you kept the habit. At the end of the month,you can see how successful you were. You can also use it to track negative habits (color in days where you cussed, smoked, drank etc.)
