Letting Go is a personal study with Spirit (or my own unconscious mind?) concerning the struggle to release myself from the stress of holding on to people, places, things, and relationships that no longer seem to serve me well, if they ever did. I'm sure that I'm not alone in holding on, at almost any cost, to a past that may have been an illusion. Letting go itself may be an illusion, if there was nothing to hold on to, but an illusion, or a hope that it might become real, if we just hang in there. It's so stressful to play that game. If we can learn to just let it all be as it is, and accept that letting go doesn't make anything go away - we can learn to relax and enjoy what we can, and let everything else just be as it seems determined to be, anyway. Words of wisdom - Let it be.
