Take note of the terrain and type of walk in three different categories easy, moderate or strenuous. The Inns have been selected for good food, ale and the cost to fit nicely in with very good walks. All the walks are length wise between 2 and 5 miles and some of the photos can be seen on You Tube showing the magnificent countryside. Please do not park in the pub car park without receiving the permission of the landlord. The post code can help to find the areas which can be difficult to track down nestling in wild hidden valleys way off the beaten track. In most of the Inns well behaved dogs are very welcome, this is pleasing for dog walkers and it keeps man's best friend also very happy with a drink and the odd snack after a long walk. We are very lucky in Devon the whole area is very beautiful with many places for dogs to walk and run free. I have tried to keep the stile count down but they are mostly dog friendly. Please always remember the water bottles and dog bowls for a well-earned drink after a great day out in the country.
