Hatt, President of the American Concrete Institute. The report of the Committee on Plain and reinforced-concrete Sewers was presented by Coleman Meriwether, a member Of the committee. After a long discussion on the proposed standard Specification for monolithic concrete sewers and reinforced-concrete pipe sewers, and recommended rules for concrete sewer design, the report with its attendant Specifications was referred back to the committee for reconsideration, to be resubmitted at the next convention.
