Both of these possibilities are dependent on asset backing, i.e. sufficient collateral of the business seeking such funds. Securitisation is a money related device for the banks to securitise their future cash from the secured assets. The secured assets turn into a market item having profits for their acknowledgement.Securitization is a technique of creating a financial instrument, such that risk and return are balanced, maturity needs of investors are satisfied and claim against an entity/asset is represented. This paper conducted the study to review the literature on Securitisation available from 1994 to 2017.
