Sanchez was located at the 33rd General Hospital in Italy and wrote to Rinnier after the death of her husband, Private Harry Rinnier. His letters consists of messages about meeting a man named William and Mrs. Rinnier believing that the man is her husband. Myers was a hired to examine the handwriting of the letters written by the man Sanchez believes is Private Rinnier.
