This has helped me build new, positive habits instead of falling back into the negative eating cycles I've run to in the past. For me, losing weight isn't about trying to lose weight as quickly as possible or trying to get into the dress of my dreams. It's not that simple. It's important to me to examine my relationship with food and the amount of exercise I'm getting so I can maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life. To do that, that means I have to do things in a different way. When you feel like you need a little inspiration, positivity or time for yourself, pick up your colored pencils and get to coloring! There are 52 pages to color and I encourage you to color at least one per week. Each page has an encouraging quote to help you on your journey. You can also recite one of the positive affirmations included.Always remember, it's never too late to make positive changes in your life.
