These records consist of three indexes and five Books of Condensation, dating 1822-1836. The Books of Condensation give the patent number, name, amount of land in varas and leagues, and a description of the property, including natural boundaries. The indexes list the location where the patent was issued, the location of the actual land, and the date the recipient emigrated.
