This concept combines the benecial properties of both multi-valued neutrosophic set introduced by Wang and Li (2015) and soft set introduced by Molodtsov (1999). We also revise some of its properties. The basic operations of complement, intersection and union are dened. Lastly, an application of multi-valued neutrosophic soft set in solving decision making problem is presented in the last section of this research.
