The symposium was coordinated through the University of Florida Graduate Engineering Center, Eglin AFB, Florida under USAF Contract F08635-83-C- 0136. Dr. C.A. Ross served as the symposium coordinator for the University of Florida and Dr. P.Y. Thompson, Engineering and Services Laboratory, served as symposium coordinator for the U.S. Air Force.
