Furthermore, no concentrated effort has been put forth to clarify existing areas of contradiction, compare state-of-the-art data, or identify research efforts toward those areas where additional information is needed. Therefore, the purpose of this conference was to provide an opportunity for those directly concerned with two-phase flow and related phenomena to review current technology, and highlight points of controversy.
