Article VII. - duties OF secretary. - The secretary shall keep an accurate record of the proceedings of all meetings of the. Society and board of directors, draw all warrants on the treasurer, and keep an accurate record Of the same as countersigned by the president, prepare for publication and edit all reports of the society requiring publication by the statutes Of the state; in conjunction with the president prepare all programs and make all other necessary arrangements for all meetings of the society. Article VIII. - duties OF treasurer - The treasurer shall be the custodian of all moneys belonging to the society, and Shall pay from such funds all warrants drawn on him by the secretary and countersigned by the president.
