Her beauty subjects her to unwanted attention, and her kind and gentle nature becomes an example to all who come to know and love her. In the end Soolatha displays the most basic of all human altruistic traits. She is willing to sacrifice her happiness and perhaps even her life for the humans she has come to know and love.
